Grace O’Marcaigh has filed a law suit against Sean Diddy combs son Christian ‘king’ combs over sexual assault on a yacht in December 2022.
The plaintiff’s attorneys filed the suit on Thursday in the Los Angeles superior court. Grace O’Marcaigh was working on the yacht which is owned and operated by Fraser as a steward. However reports say that Grace has long neglected her hospitality career due to the trauma caused by the alleged assault.
The allegations filed against Christian combs include sexual assault, premises liability, aiding and abetting and intentional infliction of emotional distress. Christian was 24 years old at time of the alleged actions while the plaintiff was 25.
Sean Diddy combs and his son Christian Combs are now co-defendants in a sexual assault lawsuit.
This allegations come as Sean Diddy Combs faces a chain of lawsuits accusing him of sexual misconduct.
