Reports say that the allocated fund is set to establish research center, which will work to improve quality and nutrition and reduce cost of manufacturing the fake meat, as well as enhancing the texture and boost flavors through cell biology and engineering innovation.

The Earth Fund was established in 2020 in support of the fight against the climate crisis and to protect nature.  Bezos pledged $10 billion to fight climate change and protect the natural world.
