Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan detained in Romania on UK arrest warrant

The two controversial brothers have been detained on charges of sexual aggression that date way back in 2012 and 2015.

The brothers were detained on Monday night, over an arrest warrant issued by Westminster magistrate’s court in London. The two are faced with charges of rape and human trafficking in Romania, where they live.

However, the brothers have denied all allegations against them saying they are fully committed to challenging these accusations with unwavering determination and resolve. According to their spokesperson, the resurfacing of the charges for the two is in question.

“They categorically reject all charges and express profound disappointment that such serious allegations are being resurrected without substantial new evidence. The Tate brothers assert that the timing and circumstances surrounding the reappearance of the allegations raise serious questions about the motives behind the legal action, “the statement read

The two have been in jail earlier and later placed under house arrest since they were detained in December 2022.

Andrew Tate had won an appeal in 2023 to be released from house arrest as he awaits trial on unspecified date.
