New USIU-Africa vice Chancellor to Take Office From July 1, 2024

Professor Mwendwa Ntaragwi has been appointed as the new vice Chancellor of United States International University-Africa (USISU-Africa).

He will be taking over from Dr. Lola Odubekum who has been serving as the interim vice chancellor since September 2023 after resignation of the then VC Margee Ensighn due to health issues.

Prof. Ntaragwi is known for his work in the field of anthropology particularly focusing on east Africa. He has authored several articles that explore various aspects of African society and culture.

Prof. Ntaragwi is expected to take over as the new USIU-Africa VC from JULY 1 2024.
