Githunguri MP Gathoni Wamuchoba has come out accusing the United Democratic Party Alliance (UDA) of victimizing her over her political stand when dealing with state affairs.
According to her statement, the UDA has gone as far as sending over politicians in her own constituency to counter her.
“I have been victimized to the extent of people coming to my constituency to fight me politically in physical presence. I am not muzzled, I speak my mind and you know that. I have been victimized quite enough. If there is anyone who has been victimize for her political stand in this country it is Gathoni Wamuchomba,” she said
Cleopas Malala, the UDA Secretary General has responded to the accusations saying the party’s only goal is delivering and working for Kenyans.
“We are focused on achieving the promises we made to Kenyans during the campaigns. Therefore, I will not be responding to every barking dog. This will derail us from focusing on the goal,” Malala stated
The Githunguri MP has been challenging the government’s measures of administration, despite being elected on a UDA ticket, saying that they were affecting the citizen’s economic life.
