Donald Trump’s Truth Social set to launch a live TV streaming platform

Former US president Donald Trumps, social media platform, Truth Social has announced that it will be launching a live TV streaming platform, that will be airing everything including what other platforms might hold back.

Trump media and technology, the parent company behind Truth Social, said on Tuesday that it’s completed development and research on a TV streaming platform, and plans to roll out streaming content to their website.

the press release statement, said that the live streaming will include news, religious channels and any content that is at risk of being cancelled or is being suppressed from other platforms or media services.

"We're excited to move forward with the next big phase for Truth Social. We aim to provide a permanent home for high-quality news and entertainment that face discrimination by other channels and content delivery services," chief executive Devin Nunes said in the release.

According to the media company, the live will be in three phases, the first phase of the roll-out will involve adding streaming television to the Truth Social app, with a stand-alone version released in a second phase.

After a winning debut on Wall Street last month, Trump Media and Technology Group shares have suffered a bruising retreat, denting the Republican candidate's wealth.
